About this centre
Welcome to the Kumon Canterbury Study Centre!
We work with students of all ages and abilities, from pre-schoolers to teenagers. Families come to us from all parts of Canterbury and other local areas such as Whitstable, Faversham, Herne Bay and even Dover.
We are not like any other tuition provider- we will always help improve academic success and equip students with the skills to learn for themselves. Our approach is to develop all the key study skills your child needs to thrive at school and beyond, whatever their academic level.
From the moment your child sits down in our class he or she is learning concentration, stamina, time management, problem-solving, independence, reading instructions carefully and even posture. This holistic approach is what makes Kumon different and ensures a child can reach their full potential.
These are skills for life that matter whatever school you go to and regardless of what happens in the Kent test.
