About this centre
At Kumon we firmly believe there is no limit to learning, irrespective of age or ability; and as such we work closely with students to enable them to reach their full potential.
The Kumon method was developed in 1954 by a dedicated parent who was trying to give his child the best possible start in life through a solid education.
We continue that dedication today at the West Bridgford centre by:
- Inviting your child to the centre for an assessment which ensures they get off to a flying start with a starting point individual to them.
- Developing your child’s skills and ability so they are studying above the international standard for their age, enabling them to realise their potential both at school and beyond.
- Working closely with them to understand how they are progressing.
The West Bridgford centre benefits from a simple layout which ensures students experience a calm and quiet atmosphere and that they are equipped with all the facilities and tools they need to develop independence, confidence and invaluable study skills.
